We fell in love with this house!! Everything inside and out was beautiful, we were a family of 8 and the house was more than enough room. The bathrooms had amenities that were definitely appreciated. We had some things pop up last minute and James did everything possible to accommodate us. 10/10 we would recommend James and his stay, we will definitely be back!!

Stay at james's place was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring Mt. Hood. James was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host, always quick to answer questions. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome mini cup basket and a selection of coffe and teas, made guests feel right at home. The attention to detail and respect for space were truly appreciated. I had an issue with looking for a printing place for our day pass and he was helpful with solutions. My kids enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. We will want to return and would wholeheartedly recommend James's place!"

This condo is in a beautiful location. We have stayed in other units in this complex, but this far surpasses all others. I appreciated the solid floors. NO CARPET belongs in a beach condo. It made it so easy to sweep up the sand without dragging it through the house. The access to the beach is unmatched, and the unit looks right out over the ocean. Open the window or patio door and listen to the waves roll in. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser, which was very welcome. There were many K-Cups for the Keurig, including hot chocolate and tea for the non-coffee drinkers. With 4 women staying, having 2 bathrooms was a must. Both were well equipped and even had extra amenities in case you forgot any toiletries. I found the beds to be so comfortable. I would purchase the mattress for my own home. I cannot say enough good things about this condo or Jame's. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

The Rockaway Beach setting was beautiful. The beach was literally steps away from James’ place and we effectively had about two miles of private beach. The proximity to Cannon Beach, Tillamook, and state beaches, added to our experience. The unobstructed northwest view from James’ home was truly a constant pleasure. Everything one might expect and hope for was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable as was all the furniture. But really, it’s the view that makes the place special.

James was an exceptional host. He went above and beyond making sure we felt right at home. This home is absolutely beautiful! All of the finishes were top quality and the interior design of the kitchen and living area was stunning. The deck overlooking the lush green rainforest, the outdoor BBQ, and the outdoor dining were all a great addition to our experience. The new hot tub was also an excellent addition especially after a long day hiking or skiing. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb locations and this was definitely one of my favorites.

James’s stay was very well accommodated, and he is one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. The entirety of my group can collectively assure you, James will do a five star job.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at James's lovely condo over looking the beach. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. We could cook pretty much anything we felt like and appreciated having some basic oil, salt and pepper, in addition to a variety of tools and pans. The view was wonderful and the furniture and Netflix setup was perfect after a day of sight seeing. Please let me know if you ever allow pets and I'd love to come back with my husband and small dog!

The views are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, lots of space, and comfortable beds. The beach was very accessible and rarely had people on it, so it felt very private. 10 out of 10!

James was a great host. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to go far for much else. The amount of games and amenities were wonderful. Beautiful space, amazing views and beach access. Unit was really nice - open and spacious, very clean, and well supplied. Loved the area for exploring up and down the coast.
